I’m struggling to express my gratitude towards Lauren in a short review. I booked with Lucid for a facial and to discuss my ongoing Perioral Dermatitis. Lauren was so knowledgeable on products and treatments. After my facial I put all my trust in Lauren and discontinued use of the Steriod Cream my GP gave me 1.5 years ago. My face instantly went through withdrawl to which Lauren was so proactive with the treatments and also went and conducted her own research on PD to ensure she was giving my skin what it needed. With the use of Skin Needling and LED Light Therapy my skin is almost back to normal and we are only 10days in. I could not recommend Lauren enough!!!!

Organised a surprise Micro needling for my nieces birthday included LED for a very fair price considering the processional products & medical grade devices.Process was easy I am from Sydney & will definitely book myself in next time I'm in town very happy with the treatment & service.

If only I could come to Lauren every single day. Any other facial treatment I’ve had, I’ve walked out blotchy, inflamed, spotty and been told ‘your skin has reacted well and the products will continue working over the next few hours’. I do suffer from Rosacea, but I leave Lauren’s treatments with calmer, more relaxed, less inflamed skin texture. I can not thank her enough for her tips and recommendations she gives, never pushing product purchases on to me for the sake of making a quick buck, like I have experienced at other places.
